SERVPRO of Houston Heights offers a service that not every restoration company offers, We offer a complete document restoration service.

This service includes the packing and relocation of wet/damaged materials, we first must determine what files are worth keeping, we do this with our clients to ensure only the most valuable documents are saved, from there we pack it all in refrigerated transport to our HQ base in gallatin TN.

Upon arrival the documents will go into a sublimation chamber  where the documents will freeze and have all excess moisture removed, this process helps us keep the integrity of the paper intact and allows the ink to dry and not fade due to the water damage, once all documents have passed through the sublimation chamber, they are repackage and sent back to the client.
