Dining Room Storm Damage

After SERVPRO of Houston Heights responded to a storm call, we arrived at a house that had experienced water damage as a result of a storm. 

In the first picture, it's hard to even see the damage. That's why it's so important that our technicians are highly trained, and that we use the best equipment - they are able to monitor moisture in the wall and floors, to see which ones can be safely dried out, and which ones need to be removed. A factor that is also considered is the type of water that impacts the space; water overflowing from your sink is cleaner than floodwaters.

In this case, we were able to remove the affected materials, dry out the rest of the structure, and prepare for reconstruction.
