First photo shows how the water from the third floor came down into the living room and ultimately went underneath all kitchen cabinets, after all mitigation as complete all floor and Cabinets were removed due to the damage, after all repairs the customer was able to sell his home 2 weeks after listing it on the market, a brand new kitchen really does sell!
